The Tour takes place the last two weekends in June. Dates for the 2026 Tour are Weekend 1 - SAT JUNE 20, SUN JUNE 21 and Weekend 2 - SAT JUNE 27, SUN JUNE 28 from 11AM - 5 PM. Don't miss all the courses, studio talks and demonstrations during the week!

The Preview Gallery Exhibit "BEHIND STUDIO WALLS" will take place at the City Arts + Culture Department's Downtown Community Gallery from JUNE 4 until JULY 4th, open Tuesday - Saturday 12 Noon - 5 PM

This is a FREE annual community-wide event in its 18th year. The public is able to go behind adobe walls and see where artistic inspiration and creative work happens. Visitors are also able to buy directly from the artists.

Before you use the interactive map, we recommend that you start your Tour research with our Artist Directory Page. It lists all the participating artists alphabetically and links to their profile. You may also search according to various medium categories, by last name and studio number.

Yes, you can find an artist catalog and printed MAP Leaflet at all Downtown Santa Fe Tourism offices including the Railyard Depot. Other pick-up points include the City Community Gallery, Hotel Santa Fe, La Fonda, the Anasazi, Eldorado Hotel, the Hilton, Hotel Chimayo, the Inn of Loretto, the Inn on the Alameda, the St Francis Hotel, Bishops Lodge, and the Four Seasons. They are also available at the SF and Albq Airports, Downtown and Southside Libraries, and ARTISAN SANTA FE. Visit our booth at the Saturday FARMER's Market! Parking will depend on the neighborhood. Be aware that the historic neighborhoods cannot accommodate parking directly in front of a studio. You might have to park on a larger side street, so be prepared.

Our artists try their best to accommodate accessibility issues. To make sure a studio is easy to navigate, it's best to contact the artist first regarding steep steps and safe walkways etc. There are no public restrooms since the studios are scattered throughout Santa Fe and county neighborhoods. Studios are separate buildings or in private homes. Please ask the studio artist if their restroom is available to you.

While many of our artists are pet owners, we kindly ask that you leave your dog at home with plenty of water and treats. This ensures a comfortable experience for all visitors.
