Artist Statement

Veronica Primerano was born in San Jose California. She attended Santa Monica College, Columbia College in Chicago, and graduated from Savannah College of Art and Design with a BFA in Painting and a minor in scientific illustration. She exhibited in Los Angeles California, at Dove Biscuit Studio, Chicago Illinois at Judith Rivera Contemporary Gallery, and in a solo exhibition at the Arlington Heights library, and Savannah Georgia at Gutstein Gallery for the small works show. In 2018 she received 3rd place in the Speedball New Impressions juried art show for intaglio etching. Currently, Veronica lives in Santa Fe, New Mexico where her work explores the relationship between color and shapes
