Thomas Dodge

I moved to Santa Fe eight years ago after a 45-year career in photojournalism. My artistic intent is to photograph the New Mexico light, landscape, history and cultures. The artists of the early 20th century arrived here in "The Land of Enchantment" with the same intentions—think of the Taos circle of artists, the Abiquiu artists and, of course, our Santa Fe artists. Meanwhile, I continue to travel the world with my cameras photographing inspiring foreign scenes with those intentions, as well.
