Historic Printing Processes

Artist Statement

I specialize in documentary photography that depicts realistic moments in time and place. My photos focus on architecture, urban street scenes, and landscapes in the Southwest, across the United States, and in international destinations. They observe everyday people and places, especially capturing the narratives of change, decline, and abandonment in urban and rural communities. Most of my photos are produced using historic printing processes, including Palladium, Gum Bichromate, Kallitype, and other alternative historic processes. These prints are handmade individually and thus each is a unique piece of art for the fine art connoisseur and collector. I also offer more traditional black & white gelatin silver and color and black & white archival pigment prints.
