What about studio tour signage?
All studios will receive outdoor signage with the studio number that our hardworking signage volunteers prepare. You will receive details on pick-up and drop off before the Tour starts.

How much does the Tour cost ?
We were able to reduce the price again this year from a $300 fee to $250 due to all the hard work the Board has done to secure grants.

Is there a confirmation email ?
No worries. An artist confirmation email will automatically be sent after your submission is complete. After registration has ended all confirmed artists will begin to receive detailed communications about the Studio Tour from us.

Are there restrictions for registration?
Yes! The most important requirement. Artists must be residents of either the City of Santa Fe or Santa Fe County and have a New Mexico CRS Tax Number to collect Gross Receipts Taxes on sales. Please see the Guidelines and Pre-registration Checklist. Here is the link to that page.

Are we using a CaFÉ account to sign up again?
No. You will not have to have a CaFÉ
account to register for this year. You will connect directly to the application from
our registration gateway on our website
on the registration page.

What about Maps?
There will be a printed map this year that will be distributed. A small letter size printable map is available on the website as a pdf. More importantly, there will be the Tour App again on our website with driving directions to all studios.

Are you printing a catalog again this year?
Yes. The catalog is very popular and will again be a part of our marketing materials.
We are also planning on having advertising space available for a limited amount of Tour artists on a first come first serve basis.

Will there be a preview gallery of the Tour artists?
Yes! We are so pleased that we were selected to be featured at the Santa Fe Community Gallery for our Preview Gallery Exhibit this year June 4th - July 4th. All artists may submit one piece. Check the size limits in the Guidelines.

Why were the dates changed from Fall to June?
Since its beginning nearly 20 years ago the Santa Fe Studio Tour was always held in late June. At some point in 2020 it was moved to the Fall in order to attract Albq Balloon Fiesta visitors which proved not to be our target group. In addition, the Fall was already crowded with other long-standing local studio tours. In 2025 our Santa Fe Tour returned to its original dates.
